-Tsunami of expulsions in Turkey

Using the opportunity created by the failed coup and after an unprecedented cleansing of the army and judiciary, Erdogan has now dismissed 8000 police officers and 9000 employees of the Turkish Interior Ministry.

 

-France on verge of civil war

The General Director of French Internal Security has stated that, following several terrorist attacks which happened in France, this country is now on the verge of a civil war.

 

IRAN

 

-Zarif: Ban Ki-Moon’s positions irrelevant

Iran’s Foreign Ministry has expressed that Ban Ki-Moon’s recent positions regarding Iran’s missile program are irrelevant.

 

-Kerry warns Turkey about its membership in NATO

Following reports of the possible execution of the people who were arrested in Turkey in relation to the recent failed coup, John Kerry warned this country that if executions are implemented, Turkey’s membership in NATO will be cancelled.
