Iran to unveil new long-range cruise missile
(MNA) - Iran will soon unveil a new domestically produced long-range cruise missile, Iranian Deputy Defense Minister Mehdi Farahi said on Sunday.
The new missile, called Meshkat, could be launched from land, sea, and air, Farahi said.
The projectile has a range of 2000 kilometers.
“Meshkat cruise missile, which God willing will be unveiled soon, has a range of more than 2,000 kilometers," Farahi said, according to Press TV.
The new weapon will be "the upper hand of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran," he explained.
