Tehran's Daily Newspaper Review
The top headline belonged to Iranian Supreme Leader’s visit to Tehran's 24th International Book Fair. President Ahmadinejad's decision to administer newly merged ministries without the legal permission of the Majles, and his appointing ministers for the new ministries without Majles’ vote of confidence appears to be the makings of a new political crisis, raising a wave of protest from Majles MPs.
