Iran’s deal guarantees regional security
IRNA – Swedish Foreign Minister Margot Wallstroem said on Tuesday that Iran and P5+1 deal can guarantee regional security.
She said by a twitter message that Iran and P5+1 deal is a victory for diplomacy.
The official congratulated the deal to Iran and P5+1 member states.
Speaking to reporters, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier also said on Tuesday that he did not expect that June 30 would last for more than 348 hours.
It was expected that Iran and P5+1 reach the final deal on June 30 but they were forced to extend the talks for 348 more hours in order to resolve the remaining issues.
Representatives of Iran, the United States and the other nations involved in the marathon talks kicked off their final meeting in Vienna on Tuesday an hour ago.
Following the meeting, an official statement on the agreement issued by Iran and the European Union.
After news of the deal emerged, Yukiya Amano, the chief of the International Atomic Energy Agency, said he had signed a roadmap with the Iranian government for the clarification of past and present outstanding issues regarding Iran's nuclear program.
