He made the remarks in an exclusive interview with IRNA.

The presence of Iran and US foreign ministers at the G5+1 meeting account for a rapprochement between Iran and US which is of prime importance.

Dialogue is the best means to remove differences and if Tehran and Washington resolve their dispute through talks, it will benefit all, he said.

“I believe this will be an unprecedented meeting between Iran and US will take place,“ he said.

“I believe that the two presidents delivered very outstanding and positive speeches which were very promising, the both speeches raised hope for me,” he said.

On imposing economic sanctions on Iran, he said we prefer removal of sanctions and to the same reason we call for Iranian nuclear dispute to be resolved as soon as possible as sanctions prevents development and growth of one nation and is regarded as a bad phenomenon.

On removal of sanctions against Iran, he said this depends on the upcoming developments during talks between G5+1 and afterwards.
“I hope to witness continued meetings in short time in order to create a constructive atmosphere,” he said.
President Rohani said that the Islamic Republic of Iran wants to resolve the nuclear dispute with the western governments in three months.
Rohani said that Iran believes in time-bound negotiations and that a deal can be reached in matter of months rather than years.
Asked about the maximum timeline Iran envisaged for a deal, Rohani said the maximum time is six months.
