Iran to hold air defense exercises

(MNA) – Iran plans to stage air defense maneuvers in the next calendar month of Mehr (September 22-October 21), the commander of the Khatam-ol-Anbia Anti-Aircraft Base announced on Saturday.
Air defense units of the Armed Forces and the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps will participate in the maneuvers, Brigadier General Farzad Esmaeili said, according to the Tehran Times.

The announcement came as Israel is threatening to launch attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities.
