The West Has No Determination for Cooperation and Agreement with Iran

After the start of the newest round of nuclear negotiations between Iran and the P5+1, international observers came to the understanding that both sides had accepted to solve their differences and problems through dialogue and negotiation.

Naturally, when both sides are prepared to solve their differences through negotiation, it is expected that the two sides at least temporarily put aside any aggression or provocation so as to pave the way for achieving peace and cooperation.

Unfortunately, as the P5+1 showed in the last two rounds of talks in Baghdad and Moscow, they are in no way prepared to solve their problems with Iran through dialogue and negotiation. Their last act, which confirmed the enforcement of sanctions on Iran's oil exports, also showed that they basically have no determination to prepare the grounds for cooperation and agreement.

The West only pretends to act diplomatically and it claims to be ready to solve its problems with Iran through negotiation so as to convince its public opinion, but behind the scenes, it still
follows the same hostile strategies as before, looking to dictate its wishes to Iran both through pressure and through some negotiation.

During the talks, when Europeans and Americans both stress the fact that sanctions against Iran will not be suspended even if negotiations do bear fruit, how do they expect their counterparts to have enough ambition left to sit at the negotiation table?

This sort of behavior is based on colonial ideas and ambitions, and these actions show that their tactics and mechanisms are founded on the notions of force and pressure.

If we assess the philosophy behind the enforcement of EU sanctions, we reach the conclusion that these sanctions are meant to force the Islamic Republic of Iran to sit at the negotiation table, while Iran has already shown its willingness to negotiate and have dialogue. In the current sensitive and fragile situation, these acts are only meant to show off their colonial ambitions.

I believe that Israel's approach to the Iranian nuclear issue has been clear from the start, and the Israelis look to influence the policies of the P5+1. This time around, they have even allowed themselves to put their wishes and demands in writing and dictate them to the P5+1, demands that went beyond the suspension of 20% enrichment, and going so far as to demand the suspension of all enrichment activities, the closing of centrifuges, etc.

In these circumstances, it is the P5+1 that must open its eyes and decide to what extent it intends to be influenced by Israel, and to not allow an arrogant regime make decisions for it.
