A car bomb exploded in Iraq, killing 20 civilians and injuring tens of pilgrims.

Hezbollah has reiterated that Saudi Arabia is responsible for the killings in Aleppo because it is the country which has supported the terrorists financially and militarily.
IRAN
-Supreme Leader: Relations between Iran and South Korea must be sustainable
In his meeting with the president of South Korea, Ayatollah Khamenei stressed that if the threat of insecurity and terrorism is not dealt with at the present time, the resolution of this problem will be more difficult in the future.
-First round of negotiations between Iran and Canada in New York
