Iran increases defense budget 127 percent for next year
Mehr News Agency - President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad presented the year 1391 budget bill to the Majlis on Wednesday in which the defense spending gets a 127 percent increase.
The next Iranian fiscal year begins on March 20, 2012.
The whole budget is 5,100,000 billion rials, showing a 20,000 billion rial increase in comparison to the current year.
